Idea to send:	Topic Underage Murder Content I propose that if someone's child under the age of nineteen gets murdered or accidentally killed, the family should have a choice in sentencing the criminal after they have been convicted. Raise alcohol taxes to provide representatives and pay for counselling if the family needs it and the judge is bound by the family's decision. The representative is so they understand all their options and it doesn't go against the Constitution. Some families believe in the death penalty, and some do, so retribution is a good choice for them.
