Idea to send:	Topic Reciprocal fees Content I would like to see Oklahoma pass legislation that would allow the state of Oklahoma to collect fees equal to those fees charged to Oklahoma businesses to do business in other states. Currently the state of Texas charges a corporate franchise fee for any Oklahoma business to do business there. For example, if an insurance agency wishes to sell insurance in Texas, there is no license fee, but they must pay a franchise fee to do such business. There is no such fee charged to Texas agencies that do business in Oklahoma.
