Idea to send:	Topic OSU Tulsa Content OSU Tulsa is not growing according to the original deal when UCAT was turned over to OSU. OSU has no interest in growing a campus that would drain students from the Stillwater Campus. They took over the Tulsa campus to impeed the growth. OSU has not spent any money on new buildings, the people of Tulsa County have built the entire campus. The University of Oklahoma is running out of buildings to slap large donors names on. I say we turn the OSU Tulsa campus over to OU with the goal of building a quality 4 year campus in the Tulsa Area.
