Idea to send:	Topic Traffic Safety Content Many traffic accidents are caused, gasoline and time wasted, and nerves strained by cars stopping and blocking traffic while waiting for a traffic break to make a right/left turn. This could be easily prevented by a state ordnance requiring all housing and business developers requiring ingress/egress to public streets to provide right and left turn lanes (to state/city standards) as an adjunct to those public streets prior to building, This would not be a public expense. Although some "grandfathering" of existing hazardous intersections might be at public expense, it would be much cheaper than building an additional lane or lanes and would speed traffic and increase safety on existing narrow roads immeasurably.
