Idea to send:	Topic Light rail Content We need a light rail system that runs like a wagon wheel from the center of the city to Edmond, Midwest City, Moore/Norman/yukon, El Reno ect. It could resemble the Chicago L or the system in Atlanta. If we are going to become a major metropolitan area, this is a must. Cities all over the country are realizing this. Houston is in the process of building a metro. L.A.'s hasn't been real successful, but in other cities they are VERY SUCCESSFUL. It would keep our city cleaner and offer an alternative to high gasoline prices. Our city buses do not meet this need. They run on gasoline and the break down too often. Unfortunately, people wrongly associate buses with poverty, but they associate a Metro with being metropolitan.
