Idea to send:	Topic Education Content There was an idea that upon graduating from college there would be a period of no state income tax for a period of 2-4 years, I think this is one of the most forward thinking initiatives I have heard of. I feel it has the best of both worlds, no income tax as an incentive to retain intelligent people. And reward a person for getting educated, I'll be pushing this as a personal interest.
