Oklahoma has legal citizens that need welfare before those that are illegal citizens. We must tighten up the rules that welfare goes by. Money must be well-spent, and people must not be content with being on welfare. Initiative must be instilled so people will actively search for jobs and illegal aliens will actively pursue citizenship legally. Background checks on interested welfare applicants is a must.
