Idea to send:	Topic Final Exam - Grades 1 to 12 Content I have seen many reports of the large number of graduating high school seniors who must take remedial education classes before starting college. My solution would be to have each student take a final exam for each course in grades 1-12. The purpose of this test would be to see if the student is ready to advance to the next grade.
