Idea to send:	Topic School Bond Elections Content There should be a law requiring school districts to give a significant notice of school bond elections, ie: more than just one notice in "The Oklahoman" the day before the election. As it is now, only parents of children attending a particular school, the teachers and support staff, and volunteers at the school are the ones who know about the elections. Also, at least 50% of all ELIGIBLE VOTERS in the school district should be required to pass the bond election.
