| Content | OSU-Tulsa along with the city of Tulsa and the state of oklahoma need to find a way to move the subsidized housing sitting on the hill overlooking the campus. This is probably the most Prime piece of property in the city. (Best view of downtown) Deed the property over to OSU-Tulsa to sell or long term lease to developers. Use that money to expand the campus. There should be a 20 story condo, a hotel, restaurants, Offices space...The idea for the new technology center on campus is to develop businesses, maybe you could even put the business incubator in an office on the hill. |
