ContentWhat about having an Oklahoma statewide HMO or PPO for the self employed. We could all be a "group" and not be rejected for pre-existing conditions. Also, what about allowing 1099 wage earners who do not receive healthcare benefits, to BUY into the plans, paying their own premiums, at the companies where they provide the 1099 services? And, why does COBRA end in 18 months for employees, but their dependents can have COBRA for 3 years? Why can't employees also have COBRA For 3 years?
